COACHing

What is Coaching?

It is a relationship that is focused entirely on you.

Someone is listening to you, rather than just hearing you speak.

Someone holds you accountable to your dreams and aspirations.

A relationship with someone seriously curious about who you are and who you intend to become.

A relationship with someone who is just as committed to what you want to achieve in life as you are.

A relationship with someone who has no agenda except to see you succeed.

A relationship that encourages and affirms you to break free from self-limiting beliefs that have limited you in the past.

An alliance with a person skilled in connecting with people.

Why do people hire a coach?

To have a safe place to download problems and discover solutions.

To be held accountable in their choices and actions as they move forward to fulfil their goals.

To identify and eliminate ineffective behaviours that undermine their potential.

To achieve fulfilment and balance in every area of their lives.

As a coach, Grace is passionate about creating a safe place for people to have freedom to share their inner most thoughts, struggles and dreams, in order to find courage to confront in truth, reconcile their choices, then rise in freedom and fulfil their true potential. Through partnership with God, and exploration through thought provoking questions, Grace helps her clients find clarity in their understanding, break free from self-limiting beliefs and move forward to achieve their goals in true transformation.

If you are searching for freedom from past hurts, battling with low self-esteem, feeling stuck in a rut, or living in anxiety and shame, which can all be overcome when we choose to confront the problem in truth, then please arrange a free 1 hour coaching session to determine a way forward.

brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.
